01Executive Biography
Mazen is a Telecommunications and Computer Engineer who began his career as a fresh graduate at Telecom Egypt, where he gained hands-on experience in LTE, 4G, and 5G network technologies. He later contributed to critical infrastructure projects, including the Cairo Metro network and telecommunications systems, before moving into AI and digital platform development. He built the LITHY AI platform, an intelligent system for career path development and employment enhancement, and contributed to AI research in healthcare. As CEO of Tamkeen M.A.S, he leads the company's executive and technical direction, overseeing digital transformation, AI implementation, platform development, and customer experience to deliver professional services that meet the needs of organizations and individuals.
